Ceramic, porcelain or marble — chemistry and pads change with the stone. We pre-treat, agitate, rinse and extract. Acids don’t belong on marble; we don’t pretend otherwise.

Will it really look new?
Colour and shine come back and the grout returns to its own shade. Chips and cracks are damage, not dirt — those stay.
How long does it take?
A typical 80 m² floor is one working day, dry and walkable the same evening where the method allows.
Do you clean marble?
Yes — with a stone-safe method. We identify first; acids don’t belong on marble. Marble is scoped to condition from your photos.
Do I need to move the furniture?
Clear the light things. We move the sofas and tables and put them back. If photos don’t show access limits, we re-quote before we start.
Is it safe for children and pets?
Yes — no harsh chemicals are left behind. Chemistry is matched to the floor; soil is extracted.
How do I pay — and does the quote stand?
Cash or bank transfer when we’re done. A deposit confirms the date. The quote stands if nothing’s hidden; we only re-quote before we start if size, access, furniture or condition doesn’t match the photos.
